At the end of Torölandet is Ören a nature preserve with a grand archipelago which can be reached by car. The area consisting of rubble fields and sand covered with pine forest is the most sublime during the autumn- and winter- storms. Ören preserve is conducted by the municipality of Nynäshamn.
Reveludden is a sand cape with shallow beaches, well protected in the east by a nice old forest.

There are no restaurants, cafes and accommodations at Ören but you can find a small supermarket with a bakery along the main road 528. Close to the supermarket and bakery you will find Torö local history society and Torö church.

How to get here by car:
From the Stockholm area: Take road 73 towards Nynäshamn, take exit Nynäshamn north towards Torö, Herrhamra. Follow the road towards Torö until you get to Herrhamra farm, turn right opposite the farm. The road along stenstrand (around Ören) goes in a circle. Keep left when the road splits. Along a long straight part of the road you will find two parking lots and after a 90 degree right turn there is a larger parking space.
How to get here by public transport:
Bus 852 from Nynäshamn's station towards Torö, Ankarudden. Alight at Herrhamra. Travel time: 36 min.
